Q: I am away for some of the program, can I still sign up?

Yes! If you have access to the internet you can do the program. Cooley Health ISOLATION TRANSFORMATION Program can be accessed from anywhere in the world that you can access the internet from your phone, laptop, desktop, tablet. You can take this program anywhere!

Q: Are the Fitness classes difficult?

The more difficult moves have modifications. We are all built differently and have different strengths and weaknesses. We pride ourselves to help everyone keep moving no matter what your level.

Q: I am not flexible, will I be able to do the classes?

This is WHY you should do the Cooley Health isolation transformation! Combining all our Fitness classes will increase your flexibility, strength and fitness. With regular practice, we guarantee you will get more flexible and fit.

Q: I feel I am too old to start a fitness program.

You are NEVER too old to start. Suzanne's mum is in her 80s and still does Pilates every week. Try all the modified options first and build up to it. Try a few minutes one day and increase the time the next. It is important to take it at your own level. The aim is to enjoy moving your body and day by day you will become stronger.

Q: I am overweight, will I be able to do the classes?

Of course you can! We will show you the modifications so you will enjoy the workout. The goal is to keep moving, listen to your body  and you will notice improvement in no time.

Q: What if I am lazy and have never exercised?

We have ALL been there. We promise Cooley Health ISOLATION TRANSFORMATION will motivate you. When like minded people with common goals get together, motivation oozes from everywhere. We suddenly feel inspired. You will not be alone. We will be your personal cheer squad along with the rest of the group inspiring you NOT to be lazy.

Q: I don't have Facebook, can I still do the program?

YES! However, you will miss out on some of the collaboration of the Facebook group and believe me, this is primarily where the motivational magic begins. We suggest to sign up to Facebook to join the group but it is not mandatory. Don't worry, we will send you emails throughout the program which will include updates from the group.

Q: Will I see changes in my body after 5 weeks?

By doing the program each week, you will see changes in your mind and body after the 5 weeks. You will feel stronger, more flexible, healthier and love your body more. However, you only get out what you put in of course. We have created what you need to make the changes but at the end of the day there is no magic pill. You will need to make the commitment each week to yourself, after all, you are worth it! We are  living proof that our fitness classes and good healthy habits can transform body, mind and spirit.

Q: I already exercise, will I get benefits from the Cooley Health ISOLATION TRANSFORMATION ?

Absolutely! Our classes suit all fitness levels so even if you have done other fitness classes before, you will be challenged by doing our classes. Dare I say it, we are proud of our technique. We are Pros who LOVE what we do and live to motivated you.

Q: I'm not sure I can afford the program.

Q: How much time will I need to commit each week?

Each workout is approximately 25 - 60minutes so it is up to you how many workouts you do.Allow 30 minutes for workbook activities and another 30 minutes to connect with your new Cooley Healthy Body friends. Under 2 hours per week.

Q: Who will teach the classes and what qualifications do they have?

Suzanne is a qualified Pilates, Fitness instructor and Health & Nutrition Coach. She has been teaching Pilates for 12 years from her studio in Arana Hills. She has run 11 Health & Fitness Challenges. Rawinia is a also a qualified Pilates/Fitnessinstructor. She has been teaching Pilates for many years and is a leader in her ability to apply the specific Pilates method principles to every Pilates exercise.
